Once you receive your Hive Active Heating order, you’ll be able to redeem your voucher via the Hive website to book an installation at a time to suit you. Your installation will take around 90 minutes.
Please note that Hive Active Heating must be installed by a qualified professional. If you are buying Hive with no installation and you have a hot water tank and heating (conventional boiler), then Hive Active Heating and hot water is right for you.
